Allow hiding Address Books

I really like the ability of creating multiple Address Books based on the user's needs. In my case, and I believe it isn't too uncommon, I've created an Address Book with contacts that I will rarely, if ever, contact or from whom I would be contacted, but that I keep just in case.

I propose that we be allowed to Hide user generated Address Books. There's many ways it could be done: as a check-mark in the pop-up to edit an Address Book (who would gain another purpose other than just editing its name), or a right-click / three-dots contextual option.

Furthermore, not only should the Address Books be out of sight, but I think the contacts populating them should also be hidden from the All Address Books directory, since in hiding those lists of contacts, we're actually hiding the contacts themselves.
