Allow having pinned tabs in the revamped sidebar while keeping regular (non-pinned) tabs at the top

It would be amazing to declutter the tab bar from the (sometimes many) pinned tab we keep, moving them (and only them) to the sidebar (i.e., making them vertical and icon-only, along with history, bookmarks and other sidebar buttons, and keeping the other tabs in the horizontal top bar).

Currently there's no way to do this, either they are all vertical or they are all horizontal.
