Allow disabling of custom mouse cursor on websites

Some websites change the user's mouse cursor, either styling it or hiding it.  I think it is done with CSS.  Hiding the mouse cursor is often done on video-playing sites to make the experience more immersive.

I would like a Firefox feature to turn OFF the ability for websites to change my mouse cursor.  Especially useful would be to never allow sites to turn off my mouse cursor, including while hovered over the page elements.
