Allow browser windows to be set to "always on top" - macOS

When using popup windows for browser applications (discord, google meet etc.), it would be really helpful to have the ability to float that window above others until toggled otherwise.

I really think this could have so many applications:
- Any pop-up media windows
- Maximizing desktop real estate

Also the feature already exists in the code with PIP which is always on top.
