yes, is that button, you must have used Microsoft Edge, when open vertical TAB, you can hover to open all tabs, i think this is the efficient, hover 1~2s to open menu automatically.

I'm the kind of person who opens a lot of tabs.
By the way, firefox has serious memory issues compared to edge.
I had to switch to firefox because of google's evil behavior.
