advance media notification in Firefox Android

The media notification in firefox android is way outdated..it lacks thumbnail, media colors and advance controls whereas other music apps and chromium browser media notification are so rich and pleasing to eyes

Hence please fix the media notification in firefox

Now that my YouTube Vanced has finally stopped working, this idea has become much more important for me. I hope this gets progressed soon as I would prefer to use Firefox for YouTube over something that has this function already such as Vivaldi.

It seems they have done something now I am now getting thumbnail with custom color in media sites like youtube and imdb.

BUGS AFTER RUNNING WITH THESE CHANGES

1. the next and previous button is still not visible, I think I am missing something or doing something wrong somewhere.
2. There may be a major UI change in the notification, I still have to work on that after I solve the first bug, and I would need approval from the UI team on that.

But it seems there is no further work being done.

Better Control of Background Playback for Media in Firefox Android

Currently any background playback of media/audio in Firefox android results in a simple pause play button in the android media control center (notifications panel). An added functionality of a user dragable seek function, previous video / next video arrows, and a restart video button would be items that would greatly improve the end user experience. This is the only reason to date why I have not fully switched to Firefox Android for my day-to-day video viewing.

Firefox mobile media controls (better)

Firefox (tested on Android) mobile doesn't have the go back and forward arrows like Chromium browsers do (the ones that like change music) but only the stop button, that's bad. < should be a thing. > Also there's no playback slider either.
