Address book: show which address book a contact is in when using "All Address Books"

At this point I have 6 different address books in Thunderbird. Four that sync with various email providers, the default "Personal Address Book", and "Collected Addresses". When I'm looking at my contacts in "All Address Books", I want to be able to identify which address book a given contact is stored in.

R. click any one of the column headers > add 'Address Book'.

I... did not even know table layout was a thing. I still think that a given contact's details view should show what address book it's in.
