Address Book Configuration for Phone Numbers

I would like to have a category in the Thunderbird Address Book where I use "Mobile" as a phone number label. Thunderbird has a "Cell" label, but that is not compatible with Google Contacts. Please either provide an additional label or a setting to use "Cell" or "Mobile".
