Additional message filter options

I would like to see more versatile NOT options in the message filter.  In my case specifically, if a message source does not end with .com,  .net, .org,  .gov (and others I might select) I want to immediately delete it.  I don't ever want to see it or think about it.  Presently I have to have a long list of "ends with .ai, .au, .ba, .it, ... .ye, .za", but of course this list will never end.  So you could add a "does not end with" and "does not begin with", or possibly separate the does/does not for all the options.
