Adding the ipfsdns:// protocol

You should add the protocol for IPFS-based sites,

Its okay if you feel like its a unsafe link, just read the code, and add it to firefox, you wont regret the decision, IPFS DNS is just a DNS for IPFS sites, pretty much all it is. It will help make IPFS DNS popular and good for the community!

Also the DNS has meta refresh to the IPFS CIDs.
