Adding new drop-down option for "Open pop-up windows" in website permissions

Hi Mozilla,

As of Firefox version 102.0, the option "Open pop-up windows" in website permissions has two drop-down options: Allow and Block. It would be better if there is another option called "Always Ask" which asks before a website wants to open a pop-up window.
