add the bookmark ribbon in fullscreen mode

When pressing F11, you enter fullscreen mode. When hovering over the top, tabs and address ribbons appear but not bookmarks. I'd like to use firefox in fullscreen mode all the time but not having the bookmarks menu make that unpleasing to use.

They don't have to be on websites, but have them show up on new tab page atleast.

Yeah. Have bookmarks show up when creating a new tab in fullscreen. 👍

TIP: When creating a new tab in fullscreen, and the bookmarks toolbar doesn't show up, type * into the addressbar which will allow you to search within your bookmarks. For now.
