Add tag button in mail

can you add a Filters Button for tags which will open the Message Filters dialog

actually you have  an addon: Filter Manager which do the job well.
It is nothing more than a shortcut to the Message Filters dialog.

but this addon 1) need access to my entire computer outside of Thunderbird 😕

2) doesn't have a github repos.
