Websites like https://www.fox10phoenix.com/news/bruising-tackling-blacking-out-cases-of-canyon-state-academy-staff... will both open an article and also automatically download multiple PDF files with no warning (which I've configured to open in Adobe Acrobat Reader).

It would be nice if there was a Permission I could apply to a website that denied it from downloading files like this.

yeah, i havent updated the `not-on-amo` readme ... sorry.

So what it does:  `It cancels downloads and adds an toolbar button, to toggle the behaviour on a per tab basis`.

Nice, that works. Thank you. It'd still be nice to have the functionality integrated in to the browser as a per-website Permission or some such, like how we can set permission for accessing microphone, camera, cookies, Autoplay, Access Location etc.
