Add separate way to mark extension as broken additional to comment and rating.

there is only one review + rating per each extension.
We consistently have cases, when previously great extensions malfunction. For example, this one now 
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/youtube-recommended-videos/

Removing previous 5 star rating is ugly - it's not a bad extension, really helpful previously. Just broken right now.
Maybe it's possible to add a clear way to mark it as broken (visible on the top) without need to erase or change previous review.
