Add screen time/website time limit to iOS app

Request to either extend Apple’s built-in Screen Time feature to recognize websites within Firefox, or add a time limit option within the app.

Despite #15111 getting merged (and #14975 getting closed) two years ago, Firefox on iOS still does not respect iOS' App Limits feature of Screen Time. The same is true on macOS.

Thus, I'm seconding (fourthing?) this.
