This extension, which is based on Firefox's Reader View, allows to save a website in the reader-view-form as a HTML file:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/readability-based-reader-view/

Will it be possible to add this functionality to the built-in reader view? Because it is based on the built-in functionality it should be easy to implement it.

@Sbstn  If you don't necessarily need HTML files, you can save articles as PDFs with the Print dialog (`CTRL`+`P`).

Thanks, but sometimes I need a HTML file. Nowadays I use the extension mentioned above for that, but I suppose it is something that can be easily added to the built-in reader view.
