Add option to mobile for new tabs to open at bottom

After using ver68 for so long I was forced to update after a few sites stop loading and miss having about:config as that would solve a lot of issues I have with the new UI, but one I hate right now is new tabs opening after the current one and not at the bottom of the list.  Please atleast at a option in setting to change browser.tabs.insertRelatedAfterCurrent = true to false.
