Add option to display named grid column lines and named grid row lines in Dev Tools' Grid Inspector

This option is available in both Chrome and Safari. I'm perplexed why it isn't part of Firefox and / or Firefox Developer Edition.

There was a lot of follow-up work around the grid inspector; that has been deprioritised and it sits deep in the backlog currently.
