Hi,

it will be really nice if can choose which session to restore when click restore previous session.

cause i close the new webpage after restart my computer, so the previous session been replace by the latest one, which is not cool and I lose my 50+ tabs and its pretty annoy.

it will be nice when me or other making stupid mistake, and firefox be like: don't worry, I got your back!

Best Wishes

We have something like this planned and on file at Bug 1873249 - Include list of session backups on the about:sessionrestore page. Does that sound like it would cover it?

Hi sfoster,

Not sure, cause I am not using session restore page, but using the restore previous session under history tab.

session restore page only pop up when firefox is shut down irregularly, right?

it this new function also work when using restore previous session under history tab?(maybe a mis-translation due to I am using Firefox under Chinese)

Making moves

Firefox currently restores only the most recent session, so you can’t choose which session to recover. This means a new empty session can, unfortunately, overwrite the old one. NamesPlop, A selectable session-restore feature would definitely help users avoid losing dozens of tabs, and your suggestion makes perfect sense for future improvements.
