Add Material 3 Dynamic Color support to Thunderbird for Android

I would like to suggest adding support for Material 3 dynamic color theming in Thunderbird for Android.

Many Android apps now support the Material You / dynamic color system introduced in Android 12, which adapts the app’s colors to the user’s wallpaper and system theme. This helps create a more consistent and integrated user experience across the system.

Adding Material 3 dynamic color support would allow Thunderbird to better match the Android design ecosystem and feel more native on modern Android devices.

I think this would be a great thing, it works fine but it feels a bit dated. It would be great to see it a bit better integrated into the whole Android design system.
