Add macOS Shortcuts for Page Up/Down in Firefox macOS

I have a small suggestion to make browsing a bit easier on macOS. How about adding support for these shortcuts?

• Option + ↑ for Page Up
• Option + ↓ for Page Down

These shortcuts align with the native macOS logic and are already supported by Safari, which means many users are accustomed to using them.

Utilizing these would really help with navigation, allowing us to move with the arrow keys for small adjustments and then jump a full page using the Option key. It makes the browsing experience much smoother, especially for those of us who rely on keyboard shortcuts!
