Add MacOS "Edit | Speech | Start/Stop Speaking" Feature

Both Google Chrome and Safari use MacOS's built-in speech feature. However, Firefox has not added that feature. Please reconsider adding the following features:
Edit | Speech | Start Speaking and Edit | Speech | Stop Speaking
