Add Firefox Private browser (private_browsing.exe) to the list of default programs in windows.

the ability to set Firefox Private browser (private_browsing.exe) as a default browser/pdf viewer in Windows.

In my use case, I would like to open links from external apps, .pdf & .html files with Firefox Private browser.

Reasons:

1. It opens much faster specially if you have several tabs open. and Firefox is not already running.
2. maybe it is a little bit more private.
3. I do the same using Firefox Focus on Android and IOS, I would like to have the same on Windows.
