Add Dynamic Theme Matching with Background Wallpaper in Firefox

Chrome offers a feature that automatically adjusts the browser's theme based on the background wallpaper selected by the user. This creates a visually cohesive and personalized browsing experience. Recently, Firefox added support for background wallpapers. However, it currently lacks the ability to dynamically adjust the browser's theme based on the selected wallpaper. Introduce a dynamic theme feature in Firefox that automatically extracts a colors from the selected background wallpaper and applies it to the browser UI.
