Add an option to disable video/audio background playback

There should be an option in the settings menu, to allow/disallow background video/audio playback. Brave for android already has this.

I hate background playing videos

Please shutdown playing video and audio when not on foreground in android!

I have a weird issue where even after closing the tab the video still plays, so I googled a way to turn off background play and came here. Add my vote. I don't know what is causing the phantom videos to play after all tabs and Firefox itself have been closed. It's like it is holding on to the now playing.

I hate background play anyhow. Even as a yt premium member i have it disabled.
