Add an option the "Sync your ⁨Firefox⁩ experience" entrance page to make it less annoying for people already synced.

Add an option that says "I already have firefox sync on mobile" to the "Sync your ⁨Firefox⁩ experience" entrance page

My urge is to click "I already have firefox for mobile" but that just starts instructing me to login. Since I have firefox mobile already logged in and synced, I don't want it to bother me.
