Add Ability to Crop Custom Wallpapers

The custom wallpaper feature defaults to centering custom wallpapers, which can be a bit inconvenient. I suggest implementing either completely custom cropping (such as moving around a preview box to select the cropping) or adding a selection of cropping options (such as middle, top, bottom, middle right, etc.) This would allow for further customization!
