Add a Filter Option for Shortcuts

• In the home screen settings panel, include an option to select which types of sites will be displayed in the shortcuts.
• The options could be:
  • "Sites you visit and save" (as it is currently).
  • "Only saved sites" (does not show sites that are just visited).
  • "Only visited sites" (does not show sites marked as favorites).
