Add a Do Not Delete checkmark to email relays

hello , i love the email relays !

But it can get a bit tricky sometimes if you end up having a lot of them.
I regularly clear mine every few weeks to prune the ones I wont be using or the ones that I made accidentally.

Each time however I do get very worried that i might accidentally delete one of the ones i consider important.

Hence it would be great if we could make certain relays as DO NOT DELETE or IMPORTANT to avoid mistakes.
