Accessibility issue for disabled users: Need keyboard method for moving a tab to a new window

There is no shortcut or keyboard method to move an open tab to a new window. Currently this requires:

Move mouse to tab

Right click

Press V then W

Please include a method (ideally just one keyboard combo) to do this.
