Abilty to pin website shortcuts to windows taskbar and start menu.

Firefox should let us pin websites to task bar similar to edge (shown below) or else let us install PWA. I know currently we can only create shortcuts on desktop by drag & drop. Instead we should be able to create start menu short and task bar shortcuts as well as shown below.

Am wanting to pin website URLs to bottom of Firefox browser.  I already have some of these pinned but I cannot manage to pin any more. 

Have I missed something or is this no longer possible?  I googled but could not find the procedure.  ANy help appreciated.  Thanks

Unable to follow as speed is ridiculously fast.  Nobody could follow this.
