Ability to Skip Browser Updates

As the title suggests I believe the ability to skip/pause updates should be added. Dismissing the update notification works fine the first 5 times I click it but starts to get annoying soon after. 

I run Firefox on windows and linux computers, if a patch comes in for a bug fix for mac based computers I would like to skip the update rather than go through the process of closing my active browser windows to allow the update to go through.
