A Collections-like feature for Desktop

Basically, a way to store tabs locally to be able to load later one at a time or in bulk, without relying on Pocket (which has been killed now) or on Bookmark (which alters frecency greatly and also returns the site when searching for bookmarks). I know there's extensions and the like, but take a look at Edge's Collections system and you'll see what I mean.
