3 finger swipe to scroll through tabs

[canter_rigor]

I’ve experienced this on a Chromebook. As you swipe 3 fingers across the trackpad, it quickly scrolls through tabs and feels very intuitive.

In windows, you could just map the 3 finger gesture to ctr tab and ctr shift tab - but then each gesture only does one move left/right. However what I am describing when you use it it feels like you are almost just pointing to the tab as if it was mapped onto the trackpad (or maybe, pushing an imaginary slider left/right), it’s the best.

If anyone knows how to emulate what I’m describing please let me know.
