Hi everyone,
Is it a bug or new feature that when I CTRL click on a link it open the link on the current tab AND in a new tab. The goal of CTRL Click is only to open the link in a new tab ? It also do that for the SHIFT click, open the link in a new window AND in the current.
Thanks!

In Firefox 159.0.1 on Windows 11 right now:
- click only = opens link in the current tab
- CONTROL + click = opens link in a new tab (same as middle-click on mouse)
- SHIFT + click = opens link in a new window
- ALT + click = link does not open
If you're not getting the same behaviour, are you on a different OS (e.g. macOS or Linux), or do you have any extensions installed that let you customise shortcut key combos, or which add mouse gestures, or which make changes to how tabs open, or which customise the "New Tab" page?
Menu -> Extensions and Themes -> Extensions
See if anything there may be interrupting the usual shortcuts.
