I need to back up several Microsoft 365 mailboxes for long-term storage and as a safeguard against accidental deletion or data loss. While Microsoft 365 offers retention policies, I'm looking for a solution that creates an independent backup that I can restore whenever needed.
My requirements are:
- Backup multiple Microsoft 365 accounts
- Export emails to formats like PST, MBOX, EML, or PDF
- Preserve the original folder structure and email metadata
- Support incremental backups to avoid downloading duplicate data
- Easy restoration when required
