As of Developer 145.0b2, the new design uses the Windows 11 highlight color for the default themes. This has led to worsened contrast conditions since Windows does not allow the highlight color to be darker than a specific lightness value. Previously the built in dark theme only used the highlight color for the edges of the currently focused window. Is this behavior intended, and if yes, could it be made configurable to let us avoid large areas of the contrast color?
