Thunderbirds

Hello everyone!
There is a problem with Thunderbirds, regarding Export and import of backup, 
it does not take in all emails and if you delete saved emails on the server, 
the emails on Thunderbirds are also deleted, I do not like this because in the 
event of a crash you do not get back saved/backup emails, is there any safe backup of your emails???

p.s. Import problems are definitely something we want to help with.
