can anyone help.
When moving an item or items the items don't show in destination folder.
example. mail item titled "invoice feb 10" gets moved by me from inbox to a folder marked " invoices "
The file does not show up in that folder.
This has been going on for 3-6 months.
Does not happen all the time. sometimes it moves the mail item...sometimes it disappears and I have to undo the move to get it back in inbox.
