Thunderbird 115.3.1 (64-Bit): Missing scrollbar in message preview and message tab!

Hi all,
with TB 115.3.1, there is no chance to read the last part of longer messages, as no scroll bar is available anymore!

What is it?

Let them return as quick as possible!

I have the same problem. I keep searching for a way to make the preview pane larger or at least scroll to the bottom of a message. I figure they think we are supposed to open the message in a separate pane or window, so why have a scroll bar! Dumb.
