Suggestions on "Vertical Tabs", "Extensions" Button and "Web Applications"

Making moves
To the Firefox Project Team: As a devoted user of Firefox, during my long-term usage, I've come up with several constructive ideas from the perspective of enhancing the user experience. I hope to communicate and exchange these ideas with you. In terms of the presentation logic of vertical tabs, the automatic expansion and collapse mechanism adopted by Microsoft Edge is worth learning from. From the aspects of user operation convenience and visual perception, when the mouse moves into the area of vertical tabs and triggers the automatic expansion, it can quickly present detailed option information to users, facilitating quick location and operation. When the mouse moves out, the tabs automatically collapse, which meets users' needs for interface simplicity during non-operation periods, effectively avoiding excessive information occupying the screen space and making the overall visual effect cleaner and more orderly. Undoubtedly, this helps optimize the user's browsing experience. Regarding the layout of the "Extensions" button, considering the differences in individual users' personalized needs for interface elements, it is recommended to grant users more autonomous control rights. Provide the function options of hiding the "Extensions" button or moving it to the "Collapsed Menu". In this way, users can flexibly adjust the button's position according to various factors such as their own usage habits, operation frequencies, and interface aesthetics, realizing personalized interface customization and further enhancing the user-friendliness of the interaction between users and the product. Furthermore, as the frontier for Firefox to explore innovative functions, the "Labs" section would find it a highly promising move to put the "Web Applications" feature on the shelf. The introduction of this feature is expected to broaden the functional boundaries of Firefox, providing users with a more convenient and smooth exclusive experience when using web applications, and making Firefox more competitive and attractive in the browser market. Thank you for always adhering to the user-oriented concept and devoting yourselves to creating high-quality browser products. I'm looking forward to seeing these ideas of mine reflected in the subsequent iterations of Firefox, and jointly promoting Firefox to continuously move towards a new stage of development.
