Suggestions for making firefox more friendly on low-performance computers

You can add a "Firefox Light" version for old computers. It can disable some API or visual effects. Of course, I know that might be a bit difficult, so you can just add some settings in the current version. In addition, Firefox can put inactive tabs to sleep, just like Microsoft Edge.

There are already some specific ideas regarding your suggestion. However, they have not been realized for some reason.

• Firefox should suspend tabs to better performance
  
• Slim down Firefox - remove Pocket and have it as a pre-installed extension
• Trying optimization and more customization of firefox, for cpu & ram usage, oldest vs newest?

I also think mozilla should make a clear statement that it resists big tech exploitation.
