There is a proposal from a few months ago to add it, but apparently it is being dismissed https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1948912
In my opinion, the current system is very inconvenient to use if you are using several profiles at the same time. Most competitors create a new taskbar icon each time a different profile is booted up, which makes it easier and faster for the user.
I would like to ask the team to reconsider this decision, at the very least creating a flag to enable/disable such feature.
