Firefox advised early today that upgrade 141.0 had been successfully completed. I operated my Windows 11 PC for around an hour after Firefox message and then turned PC off. Re-started PC some hours later only to find that all Bookmarks & Toolbar had completely disappeared. Furthermore, I attempted to reload all Bookmarks etc. (saved elsewhere) but while Firefox indicated that Bookmarks had been saved apparently they have not and I cannot locate them anywhere within Firefox. I conducted a "refresh" and re-booted my PC but without success in all attempts. Unfortunately this action has caused the loss of all my extensions etc. As a result I am currently sharing my searching between Firefox and an alternative search engine until Firefox matters are rectified (if at all possible). This is most disturbing and annoying. I have used Firefox solely for the past 20 years and this is the first time I have encountered such an annoying experience.
Has anybody else experienced these problems/ and or found a solution.

I'm having a similar problem; the update 141.0 deleted all my tabs and tab-groups. This is more than annoying. I can't even locate where they should be saved since Firefox has folders everywhere it seems...
Haven't found a solution, devs help us please!!

Hi! Rondazz here again. My earlier post 07-24-2025 refers. When I conducted a "Refresh" on the 24th, it appeared my actions were unsuccessful but by mid-day on 25th my Firefox had appeared to return to normal. However, I am unsure whether I have lost any of my "add-ons" as I had not kept any records of same. I have however, lost "Snipping Tool" .

Hi! Rondazz here again (for the second time). Had been using Firefox satisfactorily for the past 4 hours today, when a few minutes ago all Bookmarks and my Bookmarks Toolbar disappeared again - and once again I have been unable to locate any of these. To compound the situation I am also unable to "bookmark" any sites. This is very frustrating and disappointing. Until the latest Update I had never experienced such trouble with Firefox in 20 years of association with them.

Hello, I have similar problems after the latest upgrade.
Suddenly my add ons were gone, There is no Dark mode anymore, I lost snipping tool, aswell.
My bookmarks are fine.
Some sites do not load at all, specifically the following sites (with media player features):
www.oe1.orf.at - the player does not work.
www.linkedIn.com - does not load at all !!!
www.youtube.com - problems loading and streaming content. When the videos load, the rest of the page does not.
I run Xfce 4.16.3 on Ubuntu 22.04.4
I hope this will improve.
Thank you,
Stefan
