Print to PDF editor lost its image adder

This morning, I can no longer stamp PDFs printed through Firefox with an image.

The buttons at the top are HIGHLIGHT, TEXT and DRAW. The next one has gone missing, the one that opens a file browser to select an image to paste onto the PDF.
