Picture attachment doesn't fit the screen in Thunderbird

In Thunderbird when you receive an email with pictures they all zoom in outside the screen in Vertical View Layout. To trigger Fit to Window you have to wiggle the middle separating scroll line. This bug can even make you miss an attachment if it has white background and is inserted inline (like most emails from Apple Mail do) instead of being attached.

 @onelungas I'm not seeing this problem in version 155 on a mac in Thunderbird's vertical layout.
