Page Translation pop-ups on/off switch

I have been a Firefox user for almost 20 years and have never had any complaints or issues until now. I am annoyed because there is no easy on/off switch for language translation pop-up windows. It is very frustrating. I found a solution through the about:config settings, but that is not very user-friendly. Please add an easy on/off switch in the settings - once switched off, Firefox should never open a pop-up window with translation options again.
