Maybe make it possible and advertise ability to send a couple of €s or $s or other currencies to Mozilla after each update.
Feature wise what I would like is:
Instead of a traditional search engine, you should implement a search engine of Trusted Internet Pages. So when user starts typing something he would normally type to Google, Bing, Duckduckgo or similar to get to a specific website:
(it is frustrating people don't just type the correct address to the address bar of a web browser straight away, but they don't)
he would be typing it to your Trusted Internet Page search engine, which will try to determine which page customer is trying to find and make sure he is going to the actual page instead of a hoax phishing site.
Example: When user types MyActualBanksName correctly or incorrectly to either to the actual address bar (few people do it) or the "Mozilla special Search engine for not tech savvy people", it will not search information about these pages or links to information about those pages, but to the actual, correct page. So this "search engine" is not about finding content, but about finding the actual page user is trying to access instead of slightly misspelled phishing sites. If I ran a bank or insurance company or a credit company, I would definitely pay for it... It would improve browsing security a lot.
Another thing (the ability to browse in one browser window both logged in and private at the same time):
- have one browser window open (possible so far)
- with multiple tabs (possible so far)
- with ability to split tabs in groups (not possible yet)
- each group would have separate settings and rules and cookies and history and so on (not possible yet)
- Every group would be separate and unable to access any information between them except maybe through clipboard
- Some groups might save cookies, history and keep pages logged in, some groups might delete all history after closing them
- There could be many instances of either or both groups

Also make a theme for OLED monitors due to their tendency for burn-in. Dark theme with silver or gray instead of white text. Low contrast on the browser. Content inside browser moves so it can be as web developer intended.

Instead of favorite bar, make every link in favorite bar appear like tabs do right now, but narrower. Users can open the ones they want and not open the ones don't. What is the difference between a passive opened tab and a link in favorite bar? Nothing from users point of view. Separate opened tabs clearly from non-opened ones with different colour. Other opened tabs that are not saved as favorites can look the same, but maybe grouped together .
