'New tab' function: X button instead of clicking for a list > dismiss for clearing shortcuts.

I have so much to "dismiss". This tab finds a lot of garbage within websites (single posts on twitter, single posts on forums, etc.) and it's quite tedious to dismiss all of it to have a clean page---or even trying to bring up a shortcut I want, that I know is buried!
